RECOVERY
Coming soon in our boxing club, we’ll offer a complete recovery area with sauna and cold plunge. Sauna helps to relax muscles, improve circulation, and eliminate toxins from the body, while the cold plunge reduces inflammation and accelerates muscle recovery. Both treatments combined optimize your recovery process and prepare you for your next workout. We invite you to experience these benefits.
